AI compute is increasingly available on personal machines, organization-managed hardware, and rented infrastructure. This concept paper explores whether a user could authorize an application to use compute the user controls or selects, while an authorization or coordination layer need not receive plaintext inference data.
The contribution is an interoperability question, not a proposed networking stack.
